Workout class: Practice - A Movement-based Release with On Adulting x Free People

what: This 60-minute movement class is a combination of yoga, HITT & cardio – providing a safe space to practice getting through the really tough moments in life...and see that they can be beautiful. We will work hard, blast some tunes and sweat a ton - all while being mindful of our bodies & spirits. The class will begin and end with a grounding meditation to get into the groove.
